DCI is recognized as one of the leading rural behavioral health providers in northwestern Pennsylvania, and has evolved into an organization with nearly 200 employees operating in Elk, Cameron, Potter, McKean, Forest, Warren, Jefferson, and Clearfield counties. DCI is an affiliate of Journey Health System, headquartered in Bradford.
